Megan Greulich discovered her love for creating gourmet cakes and desserts early in high school when she picked up Margaret Braun’s beautiful book, Cakewalk. Megan completed the Wilton cake training courses and has been baking and decorating cakes for the past eleven years. Her cakes and recipes have been featured in The Daily Tribune (Ames, Iowa) and in 2005, her desserts won the Iron Chef competition at Bethel University (St. Paul, Minnesota). She loves experimenting with new cake flavor combinations and enjoys sharing in the lives of her friends and family through providing creative cakes for their special events.
